Won't charge

We love the camera but it seems to only charge with certain chargers. Can someone please let us know what the specification for the charger is? We have several USB C chargers but unsure which one would work.

My son received the camera for Christmas from his grandma. He was excited to get it but we could never get it to turn on which was disappointing. I contacted customer service and they had me troubleshoot and send the videos to prove it didn’t work. Next I had to submit a form providing the same information and videos. That was 12 days ago and I have not heard nothing. So far it’s a waist of money and they have made no effort to make it right.
