  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take longer.
  • To avoid delays, place your order early before the holidays.

  • Shipping options vary by delivery address.
  • Delivery times are in business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude weekends and holidays.

  • Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed or rerouted.
  • We deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available in select countries when order value meets a minimum threshold.
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking details are emailed 12–24 hours after processing.
  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier are considered delivered successfully.
  • If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit:
