- Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed or rerouted.
- We deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available in select countries when order value meets a minimum threshold.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Tracking details are emailed 12–24 hours after processing.
- Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier are considered delivered successfully.
- If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit:
- We’ll assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are only guaranteed if Worry-Free Delivery was added.
