Good but Glitchy

The camera is good and easy to use, but it's a bit too glitchy for my liking. There have been several instances where the camera froze, and I had to perform a hard reset. Considering we've previously own a different camera that was much cheaper... I expected this camera to have much better software. On top of that, some screen selections are just too slow. All in all... its good but not great.

Regarding the glitching and freezing issues, this is often related to the memory card. I would suggest formatting the memory card and re-inserting it to see if that resolves the issue. Please note that formatting the card will delete all photos, please be sure to save them first.

We designed Model K for kids aged 5 to 8. Younger kids aged 3 to 5 can also use it easily with adult supervision. Many adults also love this model as a charming accessory or travel companion.

Do I need to buy batteries? Can I use it on the go?

The camera comes with a built-in rechargeable battery and includes a USB charging cord. Simply charge it as you would your cellphone!

Do I need to buy a memory card?

The camera comes with a pre-installed 32GB memory card. For added convenience, we offer additional 32GB microSD cards in our online store. Having a spare memory card for each camera ensures uninterrupted memory-making.
