Cameras, accessories and books purchased outside of a qualified bundle are subject to our standard return policy. Any purchased from kiimento retailers are also ineligible for the program.
We accept returns of any kiimento physical products within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact.
