Every kiko blind box contains a surprise camera design from your chosen collection. Each collection features six regular designs and one secret chase design. Designs cannot be selected, and receiving a chase is not guaranteed.

This policy applies to kiko blind boxes purchased directly from kiimento.com. For purchases from other retailers, please contact the original retailer about returns and exchanges.

Unopened Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Individual blind boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original factory seals intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Opening the outer delivery carton does not affect eligibility, provided the individual blind boxes remain sealed.

Eligible returns receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned product. Free return shipping is available in the regions covered by our standard return policy. Customers outside those regions are responsible for return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Opened Boxes & Design Exchanges

Once an individual blind box has been opened or its factory seal broken, it is not eligible for a voluntary return or exchange because of:

• A change of mind.
• A preference for another character, colour, or design.
• Receiving a duplicate.
• Not receiving the secret chase design.

This applies even if the camera has not been used. We do not offer design swaps or exchanges for another random box.

These restrictions do not affect valid claims for faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrectly supplied products, or returns required by applicable law.

Multiple Boxes & Whole Sets

Purchasing multiple individual blind boxes does not guarantee different designs, a complete collection, or a chase.

Any assortment guarantee for a Whole Set will be stated on the product listing. If your set does not match an advertised guarantee, please contact us for assistance.

For a voluntary return of a Whole Set, the complete set must be returned with every individual blind box unopened and all original factory seals intact. Partial change-of-mind returns from a Whole Set are not accepted. This does not limit assistance for a faulty camera within the set.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your camera arrives damaged, does not function properly, is missing an included component, or belongs to a different collection than you ordered, contact support@kiimento.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please report arrival issues as soon as possible, preferably within 15 days of delivery. This requested reporting period does not limit your warranty or statutory rights.

We may request photos or a short video to assess the issue. An original unboxing video is not required. Please retain the product and available packaging while we review your claim.

For confirmed issues, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary shipping, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Where a replacement is appropriate, we will aim to provide the same design, including a chase design, subject to availability. If that design is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative or refund with you before sending a different design.

Minor scuffs or dents to the packaging alone are not normally considered a product defect. Please contact us if your box arrives with broken factory seals, significant damage, or missing contents.

Warranty

kiko cameras include a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Opening your blind box does not invalidate this coverage.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

100-Day Happiness Guarantee

kiko blind boxes are excluded from the voluntary 100-Day Happiness Guarantee, including when purchased as part of a bundle. Other items remain subject to their applicable return terms.

How to Request a Return

Visit our return portal or email support@kiimento.com. Please follow the return instructions provided before sending your item back.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original premium or express shipping charges and Worry-Free Delivery Protection fees are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy describes our voluntary return offer and does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Where UK or EU distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove those rights. Any legally permitted deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will be assessed under applicable law.

Mandatory rights concerning faulty goods, return costs, delivery-charge refunds, and refund deadlines take precedence over this policy.
