The green, red and pink lanyards work with Kidamento Model A, Model C and Model K. They are also compatible with other electronic devices that have USB-C ports. 

The purple lanyard only works with Model V with a micro-b port.

Note: It is not compatible with the print camera Model P.

Great customer service!

The original lanyard was defective and I needed to replace it quickly before giving the camera to my granddaughter as a gift. I had a response within 24 hours of my inquiry and a new lanyard was at my door within a few days. I don't think I've her experienced customer service that was that responsive!

Why doesn’t my camera come with this type of lanyard?

In 2024, we redesigned the straps to be more durable and comfortable for everyday use, making them sturdy enough to withstand even the toughest wear and tear from kids. Consequently, the newer batches now have straps that do not double as charging cables.
