Unfortunately I found out after I purchased this lanyard that one already comes with my camera. They could not cancel the order and I’ll have to pay for return shipping. I wish this was clearer. It says free return shipping under the lanyard, but if you click on policy it does not cover accessories. This all needs to be made clearer. I’m giving 3 stars for the confusion, not necessarily the product.
Love the idea of the lanyard just don’t love how easy it is to open. My kiddo (3) keeps popping it open while fiddling with it but can’t put it back together

Very handy to use with the camera
The original lanyard was defective and I needed to replace it quickly before giving the camera to my granddaughter as a gift. I had a response within 24 hours of my inquiry and a new lanyard was at my door within a few days. I don't think I've her experienced customer service that was that responsive!
Our original lanyard broke and customer service was wonderful- they sent a new one quickly and my daughter is back to taking pictures. Thank you!

We gave our granddaughter a Kidamento camera for Xmas, she loved it! After returning from Florida 3 months later, she told us that she couldn't charge the camera, as there was a problem with the cable. I contacted Kidamento to see if they could help us, and they responded very quickly and told me they would send a new cable, no charge. Problem solved, great service, happy granddaughter! My kids love the cameras! Great for a span of ages (my 3 year old can use it independently!). We also have the bags, which is great to travel with. Lastly, awesome customer service. We needed a replacement charger. They were quick with replying and quick to send us a new one.
My 3 year old Grand son loves this little camera, he runs to grab it an take pictures of any activities going on around him.. i think it really helps him to feel engaged!
